I temporarily disabled my pop-up blocker today, and forgot to turn it back on … which is how I bumped into this:

It BLINKED and FLASHED and essentially screamed “I AM ANNOYING! I WAS DESIGNED TO ANNOY YOU! AREN’T YOU ANNOYED? YEAH? WELL, I’M NOT GONNA STOP! I’M GONNA KEEP ANNOYING YOU!” in pukey, day-glo colors.
